As a child growing up watching Naseem Hamed and Mike Tyson both in their prime, Rob quickly fell in love with boxing and has never looked back.
Often maligned as violent, Rob still believes that boxing is a highly skilful and graceful art.

Muay Thai
Though Rob has studied several Martial Arts, his heart is with Muay Thai, The national sport of Thailand. Rob has travelled twice to Thailand to train Muay Thai in its birthplace.
Muay Thai utilizes all eight ‘weapons’ two fists, two elbows, two feet and two knees (although the shins are used to kick and feet for pushing away). This is why it has been given the nickname ‘The Art of Eight Limbs’ or ‘The Science of Eight Limbs’.
